3.For each contact you can create as many “transaction” records as you
need. These records capture the history of your interaction with the prospect and
can be made
into bring-ups, i.e. reminders to follow up.
2.You can also create a “contact” for a prospect, recording how the
you, how they heard about you, and how “warm” they are.

students) using the Contact
tab on the Persons or Prospects forms or the Contacts tab of the Students form.
