3.The Ad Hoc Enrolment Selection form allows you to select a qualification and courses into which to enrol the student. When you have made your selection, click on the Enrol button in the usual way.
2.Ad Hoc enrolments can only be done for single students – not for groups.
1.Sometimes using a pattern
enrolment is not
appropriate. For example, if
every student can
select a different set of Unit Standards, then it may be just as quick to do what is called an “Ad Hoc enrolment”.
4.If your selection includes courses but no qualification, Take2 will prompt you to identify a qualification into which the
student is already
enrolled when you process the enrolment. You might do this when you just want to assign a few extra courses to a student’s existing enrolment.
