3.By changing the status to “R” you signal to Take2 that the outcome is ready to be reported to NZQA using the electronic Full Return.
2.You record whether a student has been assessed, whether they completed the Unit and, if they did, the date of completion.
1.Unit Standard outcomes are recorded on the Course tab of the Single Student Outcome form or – if you wish to record outcomes class-by-class – on the Course outcomes form.
4.A status of “N” would indicate that the outcome has already been reported to NZQA, in which case a date will also be displayed in the NZQA Reported field.
